Crazy busy day but made it through. I haven’t been great with prepping meals lately. The only thing I cooked for my meals was chicken. I haven’t been eating much greens, which I actually miss eating. I feel like I need some sort of a salad with my meals. Never thought I would like salads as much as I do now. This morning I had a piece of toast and added cream cheese and a cup of tea. For lunch I had a piece of thin sliced chicken breast and a cup of coffee. Later in the afternoon I had a string cheese, that was given to me by my boss, since I was complaining of starvation lol. Before I left work I ate a small piece of chicken. When I got home I was exhausted and fell asleep for about two hours. When I woke up around 8:45 I changed and drove to my boyfriends work for leg day. Good workout! After we stopped by In-N-Out burger and I got a protein style hamburger. Feeling good right now after a nice shower and laying in bed. Haven’t been able to go grocery shopping which is crucial to eating right and getting all my nutrients. I’m hoping to get some stuff tomorrow🤞🏽. We will see!
