1st day

Hi there! When I decided to start this journey I didn’t want to go back to my strict diets like I have before nor stop eating the things I enjoy either. I definitely try to stay away from fried foods and fast foods but I try not to be so hard on myself. My health hasn’t been great the last couple years, I had a fatty liver and kidney stones and all because of how I was eating and after being in pain for a couple years I decided that enough is enough so here I am. I should set a goal for myself, I liked when my weigh was 150 and so that will be my goal, once I get there I will see how I feel and decide whether I’m comfortable with that or stay at that weigh. My meals usually consist of a small piece of chicken, mushrooms or bell peppers, and broccoli and a blend of greens usually spinach as a side salad with a low sodium, low added sugar dressing. For breakfast this morning I had a Chicken Sausage Breakfast burrito from Trader Joe’s, fresh burrito and main ingredients are eggs, sausage, potatoes, cheese and onions, I don’t eat these often, but they are convenient and pretty good. After my lunch My coworker and I took a walk around the block a couple times, fresh air and sun is needed for me to function these days and it just makes me feel better overall. When I got home I ate a spinach salad and two pieces of chicken strips with mushroom. I did work out tonight for 1 hr. with the help of my personal trainer (boyfriend) thank you! 😙 I will post a written log of the type of exercises I did. Overall it was a good workout, I need to start coming in on a regular, so my body gets used to lifting weights again. I did eat two small pieces of chicken after my work out to give my body some protein. I forgot to mention that i take two supplements which is Garcinia Cambogia 800mg and Apple Cider Vinegar 450mg, I take them together every morning before I eat anything with green tea. People say Garcinia Cambogia blocks your body’s ability to make fat and it puts the brakes on your appetite, as for the apple cider, after watching Dr.Eric Berg on YouTube I learn how it may help control appetite , regulate blood sugar levels, and lower cholesterol. I’m not completely sure it works but I feel its been working for me, I only take 1 pill each a day even though they say you can take more, that’s just my preference. In conclusion for today I’m feeling great so far and very excited to share with you and continued this journey.Talk to you soon! 🤙🏽
