Good morning! Saturday is here and had a chance to sleep in. I’m at my boyfriend place today, so I don’t exactly have what I need to start my morning routine, but so far I made myself a nice tea. Last night we went to Cheesecake Factory for date night and I did eat chicken piccata, which was delicious! 😋 Not the healthiest, but like I mentioned before, my diet, my rules 😉 I’ve been eating good so it’s nice to reward myself with a good, delicious meal. I also enjoyed an appetizer as well, some light, but flavorful Thai lettuce wraps. I actually only had one to be exact. My boyfriend, (who clearly likes to eat), had the other two ☺️ I didn’t have any bread, but I was a little bad, and had a mai tai, my first mai tai actually, and it was delicious. No cheesecake, even tho the boyfriend would have loved that idea. After Indulging in an awesome dinner, today is another day and I’m going to try to be good. I had a great breakfast at Cortina’s Italian market/restaurant in Anaheim and had me turkey breast sandwich, which I’ll show you just because it was really yummy. It seemed to be the healthiest thing on the menu, so I went with that instead of all the delicious pizza’s that surrounded me. By the way, I drink water for the most part. I don’t drink sodas, juice or anything with a lot of sugar. Occasionally I’ll drink coffee at work after I’m done with my morning tea, just powder creamer with no sugar. After my sandwich I felt too full, and my plans of doing cardio fell through. I am still sore from Thursday’s gym sesh, so I was hesitant on doing those stairs anyway. I ran some errands instead, walked through Walmart and now I’m back home. For my dinner I’m hoping to keep it light, we’ll see. Keeping it short today but I’ll be back!
