This morning was a special one. I woke up early to go attend Kobe and Gianna Bryant’s memorial service at the Staples Center. I haven’t met anyone that follows and idolizes Kobe the way my boyfriend does. It is sad that we lost such an inspiring human being. It’s crazy to realize that Kobe is no longer here. It’s like the end of an era. To some he was a great basketball player but to others he was an icon, a hero. It was a beautiful memorial and I was glad to have gone to such an event. Mamba mentality forever! Today is also a celebration for my brother, happy birthday to my brother, I love you lots! I don’t know how long we will be in this earth, no one does, so I will hug my babies a little tighter a little longer and cherish the moments I share with the ones I love, I will try to be the best version of me because this is why we are here on this earth.
