Worked out Wednesday, and worked out thursday! I Started my thursday with a strong cup of coffee. I couldn’t even keep my eyes open driving to work. So bad! Stayed up late, and I’m starting to realize I can’t continue sleeping so late. The struggles of having a boyfriend with a totally different schedule than mine. I had a chance to get my butt to trader joes and cook some meals for the next couple days, so that was good. Back to friday! I’m pretty happy that I trained twice this week. Yesterday’s work out was great! I feel stronger, so I’m excited to keep progressing. For breakfast I had green tea, oatmeal, and coffee. Sounds delicious doesn’t it?! Not Lol. For lunch I had salad, chicken, broccoli, mushrooms and a little bit of bell peppers. Finally for dinner I had chicken tenders and water. I’ve been snacking on pecans and that’s about it for today. Been online trying to find new healthy recipes to change it up a bit. We will see! Goodnight everyone! 🤙🏽
