So I wanted to start from this moment in my life, instead of giving you a life story. About a month ago I decided that I needed to make a change physically, most importantly mentally, also I wanted to gain that confidence that I used to have when I was younger and healthy. I have not weighed myself yet but I will be doing that soon. I have been eating healthier this past month so I’m sure I’ve lost some weight but the last I remember I was 186lbs. I’m 5-4 so you know how tall I am. I have been doing some cardio, little bit of weights but not as often as I should. Starting tomorrow I will try to at least work out twice a week, I am pretty lucky to have a boyfriend who is a trainer for a living and will take advantage of that so I will try to go into detail on the type of exercises that I do. I have been meal prepping for about a month and I will also go into detail with that and show you what I cook for myself throughout the week. I’m not an expert on healthy living or acting like I know it all because I don’t, I am learning as I go, and would be gladly here for anyone who wants to join me and learn with me. I’ve gained, I’ve lost and I’ve learned. Everyone’s journey is different and this is mine. Talk to you soon! 😁
