Starting the week right

Mondays tend to be tough for a lot of people. Well it’s true, I don’t enjoy them but I did today! I like that it makes my routine easier because I tend to just do whatever on weekends, but today I got my tea, my coffee, and my oatmeal for breakfast; and a nice salad from Trader Joe’s for lunch. Cooked some chicken and broccoli with mushrooms for dinner. Took an hour nap. Did leg day with the trainer 😘 and voila! Feeling good, feeling strong and motivated to keep being better!
